If you have any issues finding the venue, please contact CIGI , email hello@marit.ca (please note that replies will likely be delayed on March 7), or contact us via social media (@MaritCollective on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).

Where do I park?

Free parking will be available on-site at CIGI all day. Parking is accessed off Father David Bauer Drive, between Erb and Caroline.

What about accessibility?

CIGI is fully accessible. Additionally, we will be providing gender-unspecified washrooms during the day. If you have specific questions, please contact CIGI directly, or email us at hello@marit.ca!

What can I eat during the day?

We will be providing tea and coffee throughout the day, along with light snacks. Box lunches from EVO Kitchen are available for purchase at a subsidized cost as an add-on ticket via Eventbrite. There is also a cafe on-site where you can purchase drinks, sandwiches, and small snacks.

I can’t afford the ticket price; what are my options?

It is extremely important to us that all our events are accessible. We have created a tiered ticketing system to allow for financial accessibility:

Tiered ticket prices:
$90 – general admission
$30 – low-income accessible pricing
$150 – pay-it-forward pricing for those capable (to subsidize the cost so others can attend)

Early-bird ticket pricing of $75 for general admission tickets is available until end-of-day February 26. Volunteers receive discounted ticket prices.

No one is ever turned away for lack of funds; please contact hello@marit.ca for pay-what-you-can and sponsored ticket options.

I don’t have a credit card; how else can I pay for my ticket?

We are happy to accept cash, interac e-transfer, and checks (some conditions apply). Please email us for more information about this.
